Currently, no vaccinations are required to visit Egypt. During your stay, it is recommended to drink only bottled water and avoid street food stalls. Modest dress is recommended in Cairo, other cities, and especially in rural areas or when visiting mosques and religious sites. Memphis and Saqqara
Memphis, located 25 km south of Cairo, was originally the most splendid and ancient capital of Egypt. It contains monuments dating back to the beginning of recorded history, most notably a 13.5-meter statue of Pharaoh Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx, both testaments to the splendor of the Old Kingdom. Nearby lies the vast necropolis of Saqqara, which forms the core of the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first monumental stone structure. Numerous pyramids and hundreds of tombs called mastabas can be seen, some decorated with exceptionally beautiful paintings and bas-reliefs. The funerary galleries of the sacred Apis bull are particularly impressive. Saqqara was the ancient necropolis city of Memphis, the capital of the Old Kingdom. Kings, high dignitaries, and even sacred animals were buried within its walls. The Pyramid of Djoser, a pharaoh of the Third Dynasty, is known as the Step Pyramid. This unique pyramid predates those at Giza. It rises in six steps on each of its four sides to the apex.
The Pyramids of Dahshour
Dahshur is located 26 km southeast of Giza. The archaeological site consists of two Stone Pyramids from the Fourth Dynasty, as well as the remains of a necropolis and an Ancient Egyptian city. The latest excavations in the area have just been completed, so it is now open to visitors. The Dahshur Pyramids, though less crowded, are truly spectacular. Two stand out: the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid (whose interior can be visited).

Itinerary: Around 8:15 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel and head to the port area of Sharm el-Sheikh. Our boat trip to Ras Mohamed National Park will allow us to admire the intense blue and turquoise colors of the Red Sea. This area of the Egyptian Sinai coast boasts a rich environment that is on full display in the National Park. The boat will stop at different areas of the Park so you can enjoy its diverse wildlife.This area is a stopover for the majestic white stork, which rests in this natural haven during its migrations. The underwater fauna is also incredibly diverse. We’ll have the opportunity to experience this firsthand while snorkeling off the coast of Ras Mohamed National Park. Its colorful fish and coral reefs make this area a favorite destination for diving enthusiasts. Back on board, we’ll enjoy lunch featuring salads, rice dishes, pasta, and kofta. This last dish is very typical of Egypt and is usually prepared with minced meat. The menu includes water or soft drinks. Mount Sinai and Saint Catherine’s Monastery “Sharm El Sheikh”
Duration: 15 hours. Experience the sunrise from the summit of Mount Sinai, where you can visit St. Catherine’s Monastery, the oldest in Christendom. Itinerary: Around 10:30 PM, we will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh and head to the central Sinai Peninsula. After an approximately two-and-a-half-hour bus ride, we will arrive in the mountainous region, where we will begin our night hike up Mount Sinai. Equipped with comfortable shoes, we will climb the 750 steps to the summit. The effort will be well worth it, as from this vantage point we will witness the sunrise over the very spot where, according to tradition, Moses received the Tablets of the Ten Commandments.After descending, having replenished our energy with the breakfast boxes provided by the hotel, we will visit the Monastery of Saint Catherine at the foot of Mount Sinai, the oldest monastery in Christendom. This 6th-century monument, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is surrounded by walls. Inside, we will visit the Basilica of the Transfiguration, a Christian Orthodox church with a rich artistic heritage. The monastery also houses a vast collection of codices. In fact, it is the second most important in the world, surpassed only by the Vatican Archives. Outside the church, we will visit the burning bush where Moses had the appearance of the angel of the Lord, as recounted in the Bible. We will also see the well where Moses met his wife. After visiting Saint Catherine, we will begin our return journey to Sharm el-Sheikh, arriving back around 2:00 PM. We’ll witness a spectacular sunset over the Sinai Desert while enjoying a pleasant 40-minute camel ride. We’ll recharge with a traditional Bedouin tea before getting back into the jeep.After a short 4×4 ride, we’ll arrive at a traditional Bedouin village. Here, we’ll learn about the Bedouin way of life. We’ll enjoy a Bedouin buffet dinner featuring salads, rice dishes, and pasta, with water and soft drinks included. You’ll also have the opportunity to try kofta, a typical dish made with minced meat. After dinner, we’ll observe the stars over the desert through a telescope. The evening concludes with a Bedouin dance performance showcasing the main dances of this legendary people. After the show, we’ll return to the 4×4 for another desert excursion back to the starting point, where we’ll board a bus that will take us back to the Sharm el-Sheikh hotel area, arriving around 7:30 pm.

Itinerary: Around 7:00 AM, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and head towards the Egyptian Sinai Desert. We’ll enjoy a desert safari aboard a 4×4 vehicle. This type of vehicle will allow us to reach the most inaccessible places to contemplate the beauty of the landscapes. The rocks, dunes, and sand create a majestic and exotic environment that we’ll have the opportunity to photograph and thus immortalize this unique place forever.Afterwards, we’ll descend by camel to the beaches of Dahab. We’ll learn about these remarkable animals, which endure harsh temperatures under the desert sun. These panoramic windows will allow us to admire all the marine flora and fauna we will encounter along our journey along the eastern coast of Egypt. During our trip through the Red Sea, we might see dolphins and other marine animals swimming alongside our boat.
